I’m in Florida this weekend with family. I’m planning on finishing up my previous trip report this coming week, and then am looking forward to heading to Asia later in the week, where I’ll be reviewing several airlines, including Starlux Airlines, which I’m so excited about.

On the points & travel front, this week the Sapphire Reserve annual fee was increased by $100 (while new benefits were introduced), KrisFlyer introduced awesome new promo awards, new bonuses were launched on Marriott’s co-branded cards, and more.

With that out of the way, here’s a recap of this week on the blog:

How The New Lyft Chase Sapphire Reserve Benefits Work

Major changes were recently made to the Chase Sapphire Reserve® Card. The card’s annual fee has increased by $100, from $450 to $550, and the card has also received some new benefits, with both DoorDash and Lyft.

In this post I wanted to take an in-depth look at the new Chase Sapphire Reserve Lyft benefits, especially as these perks are now live.

Amazing Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Award Sale

Singapore Airlines has just rolled out their latest monthly promo, which can be a great deal for anyone looking to redeem miles on Singapore Airlines.

While these are always a good deal, this is one of the best lists I recall seeing in a very long time.

Singapore Airlines’ KrisFlyer program offers monthly “Spontaneous Escapes” deals, where they constantly have a list of flights that can be booked at a discount when redeeming miles.

Capital One Spark Miles Business Card Review (With 200K Bonus!)

There’s a lot of value to be had in getting the right business credit cards, as these cards can offer perks and rewards that you can leverage to get huge value, especially for travel.

In many cases, the perks will more than justify the annual fee.

In this post, I wanted to take a close look at what I consider to be one of the most well-rounded business credit cards out there, which at the moment even has a bonus of up to 200,000 miles, which is incredible.

And....still no MEA & Beirut trip reports.

    Hi Ben,

Are there any plans on changing back the way the blog loads photos? I've noticed recently that the pictures only load when you scroll, which makes reading trip reports annoying.

I usually load up the review beforehand to read on the subway, but the new way the pages load makes this very difficult.

    Thanks
