Hello from California! Ford and I are just wrapping up an incredible week staying at three points hotels, all of which have been incredible. I’ll have full reviews soon. We will be spending the coming week in Florida with family for Thanksgiving, and then my review trips continue the first week of December.
On the points & travel front, this week La Compagnie launched a great fare sale, a mysterious letter was sent to a Delta frequent flyer, we saw several promotions on purchased points, award redemptions became possible at a $2,350+ per night Hyatt affiliate property, and more.

United 767 Polaris Business Class Review
I spent the night at the Marriott Newark Airport (which I’ve reviewed before, so I won’t be reviewing it this time around), and early the next morning I headed to Newark Airport bright-eyed and bushy-tailed (or something like that) for my daytime United Polaris flight to London Heathrow, on their very intriguing low density 767-300.
I only booked this trip a bit over a week before departure, and was happy to find that United had some saver award seats on their daytime flight from Newark to London Heathrow.

is the all business class transatlantic airline that started flying in mid-2014. The airline operates flights between Newark and Paris Orly, as well as seasonal flights between Newark and Nice.
While the airline initially flew 757-200s with angled business class seats, they recently took delivery of new A321neos, featuring a much improved (and fully flat) business class product.
If you’re interested in traveling to Paris and want to fly this product, La Compagnie has some spectacular fares at the moment, among the best I’ve ever seen on them.
