This has once again been a crazy week for me on the travel front. On Monday I returned from Shenzhen to the US, and then just 48 hours later I flew to Hong Kong, which is just 25 miles from where I had been a couple of days prior. That's because I was taking a trip to review Xiamen Air business & first class, and after that kicked off Ford's birthday trip to Singapore, Laos, Cambodia, etc.
In terms of news, this has also been an interesting week. Perhaps most significantly, we've seen American Express add new benefits to their Platinum Card, including a huge 100K welcome bonus on the business version of the card. We've also seen some other great promotions, including bonuses on purchased points, great business class fares, etc.
