Happy halloween! It's a historic day here in Berlin, as the new Brandenburg Airport finally opened, many years late and many billions of dollars over budget. I enjoyed the extent to which there was TV coverage about it today, which I've never seen in this way for an airport before. I look forward to checking out the new airport myself soon.
On the points & travel front, this week Hilton and Marriott extended the validity of loyalty perks, Delta SkyMiles devalued partner awards, Chase Sapphire cards added Peloton credits, Kuwait Airways took delivery of its first A330-800neo, six Lufthansa 747s got "stuck" at a small airport, and more.
