I hope everyone is having a nice weekend! It was quite an eventful week here in Florida, given Hurricane Ian. My family from the Tampa area came to visit us in South Florida, so it was nice to be able to spend time with them while dodging the hurricane. We really lucked out, which I'm grateful for -- I know many others weren't as fortunate.
On the points & travel front, this week United announced it would end JFK flights, Germany scrapped masks on planes, WestJet placed a big Boeing 737 MAX order, Aer Lingus revealed it would launch Cleveland flights, Virgin Atlantic announced plans to join SkyTeam, and more.
