I booked an award using TK miles on Air China. When I called Air China to reserve the seats, they can’t find the booking using the last name, eticket number or the TK booking reference. TK says they don’t have a seperate Air China booking reference. The TK reference don’t work on any of the sites such as checkmytrip. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

But you have an eTicket number from TK? It sounds like the segments didn’t push correctly to CA, so you might want to conference agents from both airlines on and see if you can get them to figure it out.
