Hello Lucky et al.

Love your website.

I’m flying first class on Singapore Airlines from LA to Singapore with a 7 hour layover at Changi airport, then on to Manila.

Does Singapore Airlines have ground services for first class passengers? Will a Singapore Airlines representative meet me on arrival in Singapore and take me through security etc. and on to the first class lounge for my flight to Manila?

I dont believe SQ has such ground services.

Usually Lucky is very clear if this is offered in his reviews, and he happened to review First Class on Singapore just a few days ago. As David says, it doesn’t seem to be offered.

You’ll have to find your own way to their Terminal 3 Krisflyer lounges. After presenting my boarding pass at the entrance I was escorted all the way to the Private Room on my first visit. Returning later in the day, they left me to find my own way there
