I use lifemiles all the time because i frequently fly Avianca to Colombia. It is the least userfriendly program, difficult to use, phone service varies from good to useless. Unless you are prepared to deal with subpar customer service and confusing online guidance stay away. And if you do fly US-Colombia on Aviance be aware that seat pitch is only 28" even in the front rows of coach.
