Hi,

I was able to redeem AA miles for CATHAY PACIFIC biz from LAX to BKK, with 3 hour layover in HK. It will be my first biz class experience. Would like to know which lounges worth dropping by at both LAX and HK. Thanks in advance!

well, the nervous part is mainly not knowing what to expect. For instance, I’ll have a 3 hour layover in HK transitting to BKK, will I receive notice of my eligibility to access the lounges when I check in at LAX or do I just waltz myself into the lounge once I reach HK?

[USER=53]@Thomas[/USER]–you have automatic eligibility to access the business class lounge. Usually you’ll just walk (or waltz :)) over and present your boarding pass to be granted access.
