I referred someone for the Chase ink business card and I was suppose to get 20k points for it. They got the card and they have used it and it has been about 60 days and I have not received my referral award yet. What should I do?

I don’t know for other readers, but Chase is notoriously slow for crediting points via referrals. I’m still waiting for my Marriott points via referral, and the CSR keeps saying they have up to 90 days for it to reflect in your statements. So your best bet is either to call and ask, or wait the 90 days, then call again.
