Booking MH “Business Suite” using AA miles

Booking MH “Business Suite” using AA miles

  1. Anonymous Guest

I’m trying to book Malaysia Airlines “Business Suite” seats which is their equivalent of First Class from KUL to NRT.

On a particular day, I see all 4 seats available for Partner Award redemption on ExpertFlyer.com but when I call in to American Airlines to book it, they don’t see any First class availability. Actually it quite frustrating that AA doesn’t see a lot of the seats that ExpertFlyer.com shows is available for partner redemption. Is there anything I can do with AA to get them to see the available seats?

Can you see the award space on the BA, Qantas or JAL sites?
