Can anyone get a biz or corp Amex Plat and/or Centurion. Can you request changing an existing Amex Plat to biz/corp status.

Separately, if you are in an airline status challenge – can credit card elite miles help you qualify. Thanks.

Typically the elite miles earned through credit card bonuses are excluded from your status challenge – there’s usually some clause in the terms and conditions that say you have to earn via flying.
