Hi [USER=2152]@Allison[/USER], welcome! If you are traveling alone, it probably doesn’t make much difference. The cool part of the 380 suites is that they turn into a very private comfortable double bed in the sky. If trying that isn’t important then I would take the flight that has better times for you.
