SPG Luxury Card Platinum Status

SPG Luxury Card Platinum Status

  1. Anonymous Guest

You get MR plat status with 75k spend in a year on the lux card. How does that work for this year?
I upgraded from the personal version to the lux and the account stayed the same.

I can’t imagine they would be nice and include all my previous spend, so will they just include spend since I received the new card? Or is it even possible this year?

I’d assume it’s for any spend since you upgraded. It’s possible – some people spend a ton on cards.

Yeah I can spend it in that amount of time no problem, but I want to make sure that’s one of the benefits that actually kicks in in 2018 and not 2019. Otherwise it’s pointless to keep spending on this card as the value has eroded so much
