Double Booking on Iberia

Double Booking on Iberia

  1. Anonymous Guest

    Hi Lucky (and forum!)
    I have a feeling I’m S.O.L. on this one but….
I’m currently in Spain – using points for my fam of 4 to fly business class LAX-MAD on Iberia. I also booked a separate roundtrip MAD-BCN non-refundable on Iberia. I made this booking close to a year ago and as it was getting time to leave and I was organizing our itinerary, the Iberia site was showing just the MAD-BCN portion (not the return portion) which made me think that I had forgotten to book the return leg. So…. I quickly purchased 4 one ways BCN-MAD. Flash forward to today, we are getting ready to check in and I discovered that we actually have a double booking on the exact same BCN-MAD flight- UGH. They are both non-refundable fares, Iberia is not super helpful. Do I have any options? Or just eat the cost of the extra tickets?
    Thank you!!
