As a Diamond member one is entitled for 48 hrs confirm booking in any Hilton group of hotels except the ones mentioned in restricted list.
I was travelling to Kuala Lumpur and requested for booking in a week advance at Double Tree for 20th of Feb. They simply replied saying that they are sold out and when I requested that as a diamond member I am entitled for 48hrs confirm booking and their hotel is not under restricted list, they told me that that particular date is under restricted list.
Has anybody come across restricted dates for any hotels of Hilton. As its not mentioned anywhere on their website. -
