Hi all. I have what until the other day seemed like a silly question, but now I am not so sure. Yesterday, I read how Chase will no longer be giving points for the $300 travel charges that the card annually refunds. I was shocked to find out that they had ever given points for this to begin with. Still it made me wonder, does the $300 travel charges that the card refunds annually count towards the $4,000 initial spend in 3 months needed to get the 50,000 point bonus?

On an unrelated note, I just got the card a few days ago and have a trip planned with family next week. I activated the priority pass online two days ago. Is there anyway to expedite delivery so that I have the priority pass card in hand when I take my trip? Or is there someway to get my card number and pin before the actual card arrives so that I can activate the priority pass digital card before my trip?

$300 will count towards the spend requirement, you just wont get 3x points for travel. It sucks but personally, I think it’s negligible so I dont care much either way.

I think you can get a digital PP card and use that for access but I;m not sure how.
