BA flight DUB-LCY refund possibility

BA flight DUB-LCY refund possibility

  1. corgimom17 Member

Hi there! I have a one way flight booked on BA for June 30th from DUB-LCY. I live here in the US, and I’m not going to Ireland or the UK anymore due to COVID-19. I know I can cancel right now and get a BA flight credit, but do I have any chance at a refund instead? I’ve been holding out for a schedule change or cancellation, but nothing has changed yet.

(My international ticket on United is currently awaiting refund; we just booked separately for this segment.)

I would continue to wait until the last possible moment. You don’t lose anything by waiting and you have more chances that the airline will cancel or change things that will trigger a full refund.
