So recently (over a year) I had unfortunately ran into some issues and my United Quest Card was closed. I only have the debit card now until I can get another United Credit Card. The thing is is that when searching for award flights on United’s app it keeps giving me the 10% or more cardmember discount on pretty much every flight and on the website it’s still showing the cardmember discount on some flights but not all. To answer questions for those of you idiots you cannot read: No I do not have status, yes I’m logged into my account, yes I am sure I don’t have a United credit card right now and no I did not spend $10000 or more on my debit card this year or last to get the cardmember discount.
