Airlines with Pajamas in Business Class?

I know there aren’t many, and the ones I do know of are:
– Virgin Australia
– EVA Air
– United on flights 12+ hours
– American on limited flights
– Delta on limited flights
– Qatar Airways?

Does anyone have a definitive list?

Not sure on the full list, but I flew Qatar J in October and DID get pajamas. Haven’t received them on Lufthansa and I dont THINK I got them on Turkish but could be wrong.

I haven’t gotten them on either Lufthansa or Turkish though both were daytime flights.
