Anonymous GuestHey Lucky, I am considering purchasing AA miles with the current promotion at 1.8cents/mile with a new Citi Aadvantage CC with the 50K miles offer. That would be around 325,000 miles (265,000 + 50,000 + ~10,000 for amount charged on card). So it actually turns out to be around 1.4-1.5 cents/mile. We usually redeem miles for travel on etihad or qatar to India, so even after devaluation business class only goes from 67.5K to 70K. What’s your take on purchasing these miles now with this promotion and this method? Think its a good deal? Thanks in advance!
