    Kind of an open-ended question, isn’t it? And more importantly, why do you hope it never happens? From your handle I assume you are/were an AA flier?

    I don’t think it will happen because of anti-trust concerns; there seems to be little appetite for the big 3 buying competitors. But that is assuming it is AA that would be acquiring JetBlue. Frankly, I’d love it if JetBlue management had AA’s routes, gates, planes, etc. So in that regard a merger could be good. But I don’t want AA to start flying 321XLRs to LHR instead of a 777 or 787.
