Your Last Chance To Score An Incredible Deal At The Park Hyatt St. Kitts

In May I first wrote about the promotion available at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts. While you guys are typically a pretty responsive bunch when it comes to taking advantage of deals, the amount of demand for this deal has exceeded my expectations, and I know hundreds of you are headed to the Park Hyatt St. Kitts over the coming months.

The incredible Park Hyatt St. Kitts deal

Long story short, the Park Hyatt St. Kitts has a promotion where they’re offering a fourth night free plus a $300 per person resort credit when you book by June 30, 2018, and stay by December 22, 2018.

In other words, if two people stay for four nights, they’d get a free night and a $600 resort credit. For a five star hotel that would otherwise retail for 30,000 World of Hyatt points per night, that’s a fantastic deal.

But it gets much better. Hyatt Prive is a program available to select travel agents, which offers special privileges for their guests at select Hyatts. For booking through Hyatt Prive you receive the following additional benefits at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts, on top of the $300 per person resort credit and fourth night free:

  • A $100 property credit per room per stay
  • A one category room upgrade confirmed within 24 hours of booking (room-to-room or suite-to-suite, subject to availability)
  • Daily full breakfast for two in the hotel’s restaurant
  • Early check-in (as early as 9AM) and late check-out (as late as 4PM), subject to availability
  • A welcome gift and letter

Crunching the numbers on this deal

The Park Hyatt St. Kitts seems to commonly charge just $300 per night after factoring in the fourth night free (though there are some nights that are even cheaper).

The total cost including all taxes and fees for four nights would be $1,464 (again, this is after factoring in the fourth night free).

Then you’d receive a $700 resort credit (that assumes two people are staying — if you have any children four or older staying in the room, they’d each get a credit as well), free breakfast, an upgrade subject to availability within 24 hours of booking, and more. And of course you’re eligible for elite qualifying nights, points, and all that other good stuff.

This is a spectacularly good deal for a luxury hotel.

How to book

As I mentioned above, while the promotion is valid through for stays through December, you have to book by June 30, 2018, to take advantage of this offer, so you have just a few days remaining.

You’ll have to book through a Hyatt Prive advisor to get this deal, though to get a sense of pricing I’d recommend first going to Hyatt’s website. The Hyatt Prive rate should be identical to the “4th Night Free With Credit” rate you see on Hyatt’s website. Once you’ve found a price and date that works for you, I’d recommend reaching out to a Prive travel advisor.

Ford would most definitely be happy to help, and can be reached at fordb@travelsociety.com. Just let him know your dates, and he’ll get back to you with a rate quote ASAP. Other travel advisors are also welcome to leave their contact info below, so people have the choice of working with someone else, if they prefer.

Bottom line

The current promotion at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts is one of the best hotel promotions I’ve ever seen on a paid stay. I’m surprised they didn’t pull this promotion early, because I know it has been crazy popular, and demand has greatly exceeded what they were expecting. I took advantage of it myself, and look forward to our stay at the Park Hyatt.

When it comes to booking flights to St. Kitts, American has tons of award availability on their Miami to St. Kitts route, so that’s a great use of British Airways Avios.

You can see this post for more details about the promotion, and some FAQs.

Comments

  1. Booked 4 nights over July 4th weekend thanks to this promo and Ford’s help. Forecast says we’ll even get good weather! The $700 credit should cover almost all of our food needs – especially since breakfast will be included. Even found J space on way there! Thanks Ben and Ford!

  2. Hey Ben –
Do you happen to know what the Park Hyatt’s policy is re hurricanes? Will they let you rebook or take a refund? Contemplating a November trip but not if it’s just a (well-priced) lottery ticket!
    Thanks

  3. @ Mitch — In the event of a hurricane I’m sure you’d be allowed to cancel. You can also cancel your stay for free up to 72 hours before arrival.

  4. The cash fare non stop on AA is $883 minimum no matter when u book, but only 25,000 AAdvantage Miles almost 4 cents per mile in value !!

  5. @Brian
Yes. Call Citi Prestige Concierge and they have Hyatt Prive access. So they can stack Prive and Hyatts 4th night with their 4th night all in one call.

  6. Thank you for posting about this deal.
I have the same question as a Brian ,can we combine this offer with Citi prestige Card?

  7. This is one of the first explicit times your personal interest in the blog has been apparent in not mentioning combining with the Citi 4th night free and how that compares with your husband’s deal (assuming it could be better or worse, depending on how you value the Prive promotion)? In other comments it looks like you have played ignorance, but you know these figures.

Understand that it’s human nature and I’m still a happy reader of your blog but wanted to mention a level of disappointment. Keep up the good work!

  8. Thanks for this tip! I’m going with friends in July. Delta’s Saturday only flight JFK-SKB can be had for 18,000 SkyMiles most times too.

  9. @Luke – Or maybe it’s the Citi 4th night free specifically excludes instances when the 4th night is already zero (like in this case), and Ben doesn’t want to advertise uses that are technically not allowed (especially when he does have a disclosed interest in the matter).

  10. @Kumar, @Luke, @Colin – I am a data point. Citi Prestige Concierge can not only stack the two 4th nights but they have Prive acress as well. You can do it all under one roof. I did this very thing on the phone with them a week ago. I also dont see the problem with Lucky withholding for any reason he chooses. Gotta make a living. For the pleasure of this information Im happy to do the leg work to find out if the deal is stackable. I even learned that Prestige has Prive access which is very convenient.

  11. We’re last minute, but I just shot Ford an email. Hopefully we can make this happen – even when its down to the wire. Finger’s crossed!

  12. Ah we’re last minute too and just emailed Ford too!

@Ben Hyatt site says cancel 14 days prior but you’re saying 72 hours prior?
