UA first responder discount?

Does anyone know how to register for a first responder discount with UA? I see mentions of UA giving first responders a discount but there is no link or way to verify eligibility on the UA website.

I have , no one has seen the the message i sent yet.

I also tried calling UA but call hold times are always 2hr for me =/
