kerobinso New MemberI bought an economy class ticket, and they immediately offered me $159 to upgrade to first. That’s about half the ticket price again, which seems like an ok deal but not great. So I got to wondering how likely the price is to come down, so that they offer me a cheaper upgrade when I check in the day before the flight.
This is on United. I’m in the Mileage Plus program but pretty sure I don’t have any kind of status with them this year.
