Anonymous GuestI see the exact flight in business on Swiss that I want to book on United . I will need to transfer points/miles to United before booking. When I checked Aeroplan and ANA, both only showed the Swiss flight available in economy. Do I go ahead and book in business on United or do I more trust Aeroplan and ANA that only Economy seats are available for awards?

Mmm, historically that would have meant it was phantom, but Aeroplan and ANA have become less fail-safe these days. I would probably call United and have them confirm the space is in their system.
