Should I post my miles to Etihad Guest or Aadvantage?

I´m flying from GRU to SIN (and back) on first class April next year.
I´m gold with AA and have no status with Etihad Guest.
If I credit the miles to Etihad Guest, I will get (according to Etihad miles calculator) 56K miles.
Should I credit them to Aadvantage or to Etihad Guest program?…, please give me your advice on this.

Daniel–how much will you get with AA? Will you have the opportunity to accrue more EY miles or be able to to use the miles you get to fund an award completely? Really depends on what your needs are and what you need to use the miles for?
