How does Level Airlines assign seats if you don’t pay to reserve?

How does Level Airlines assign seats if you don’t pay to reserve?

  1. Anonymous Guest

I’m flying next month on Level Airlines to Paris, and have not paid extra to reserve seats. Although I’ve never flown Level before, I fly Frontier often and them of these ultra low cost carriers in the same way. I pay so little for my ticket, and am going for only the essentials – and thus unwilling to pay for a seat assignment. There’s a great article on here about how Frontier auto assigns seats at check in from the back forward, which has helped me greatly with them! I’m wondering if anyone has experience flying on Level and can provide insight into how and when to check-in in order to get the best seat assignment for free.
    Thanks!
