How do you stay fit?

    Hi Ben:
I have read your posts since your university days and watched your hobby transform into quite a business enterprise. Needless to say, I have always enjoyed your flight reviews and opinions on the commercial aviation industry.
I find your detailed description of airline and hotel dining (and drinking) options incredibly interesting and helpful. Which leads me to my question: with all of the notoriously unhealthy airline meals, frequent wine and champagne samplings at 35,000 feet and rich hotel breakfasts, how do you avoid ballooning to ‘extension-belt’ size? Eating healthy on the road is challenging and takes planning and given you essentially live ‘on-the-road’ surviving on a diet of first, business and club lounge meals, I am curious to hear how you manage to stay healthy and fit.
