I saw from a past trip report that Lufthansa First Class passengers get a private van to take them to security when arriving at Dulles Airport (and don’t have to take the dreaded ‘moon buggies’). Does anyone know if this is the same for other Star Alliance First passengers arriving into Dulles (e.g. ANA)?

I flew BA First into Dulles last summer and received no help once off the plane. Ironically, I was the first one onto the moon buggy (because I was first off the plane), and therefore was stuck being the last one off the moon buggy because of how they are loaded. Oops.
I’ve never flown ANA first though. Maybe worth sending them a note on Facebook or Twitter?
