aeg New MemberJust wondering if anyone has successfully transferred Amex MR points to Etihad to redeem on AA metal. If so, was the transfer instantaneous? If your flight had a connection, did Etihad charge per segment or total miles?
I know they have a new call center but, how “painful” was the process?

I can only answer the first question but per [URL=’https://onemileatatime.boardingarea.com/2017/03/20/how-long-do-amex-membership-rewards-points-transfers-take/’]Lucky’s post from March of last year[/URL], transfers are instant. The TPG team tested this again in November and the results were the same.
