Hello,
To make a long story short: I’m curious to know if United will honor the European regulations for flights delayed over 6 hours. I was delayed out of Heathrow and United is only offering a $150 travel voucher, not the required £600. Do I have any chance of getting them to honor the law?

You might have to be pushy, but they should.

@Tiffany: Do these European regulations pertain to ALL flights originating in Europe, or only for flights of Europe-based airlines? Thanks

@Gaurav: Thanks! I wish I knew that 4 years ago when we got delayed for over 12 hours once in FRA then in AMS and we did not get anything.
