Im flying First LAX to CDG on AF then connecting to HKG on CX on First. Do I still get access to the lounge?

Don’t think so. Cathay has their own lounge in CDG.

But if someone knows better, feel free to chime in.

Would any Ground Services be offered? By either airline?

If you’re on a single ticket, Air France might do something — I would call or Tweet them. Cathay has negligible ground services in Hong Kong, much less at outstations.

It listed a phone number used for ordering AF First ground service + 33 (0) 1 57 02 16 24
Try giving the AF people there a ring and ask them? Worst case scenario is they say no, then you would at least know for sure.
