Anonymous GuestI’m off to San Diego in a few days and will be there for five nights. The Hotel Valencia offers a fourth night free. So I called Citi Prestige and asked if they would give me the fifth night free since the fourth was already free. The agent said that was against their policy. Then I asked to speak to a manager. It’s a day later and I have not heard from the manager. Should I pursue this further or am I wasting time?
