Change in how BA prices F Avios tix on AA?

Just noticed that BA is now charging 3X coach awards (instead of 2X) for F award reservations on AA within the U.S. Coach from PHX to PHL is pricing at 12.5K as always, but F is now pricing at 37.5K. This might be a really big deal to a small group of people (like me). Am I misreading something, or have the rules changed?
