New NTSB flight data shows the Amazon Air Boeing 767's brakes were released and throttles raised toward go-around power, then cut again seconds before the fatal Miami crash.

Don't want to add to speculation before the full investigation is released but there are now reports from witnesses that one of the pilots was 'visibly shaken' and bloodied after the crash, ask to call his wife and reportedly said: "My career is over".
