Is there a household account similar to British Avios? Or can you simply use your miles to book tickets for other people?

Doesn’t appear to be. You must register the “beneficiary” on their website. T&C states “any person designated by the member”.

You can book for others, that shouldn’t be a problem at all.

So it’s not possible to pool household miles with Iberia Avios?

I’m not sure you can pool with IB but you could transfer to BA, pool and then transfer back?
