I just signed up for citi/aadvantage platinum select (30K points) and I was wondering if there is any great advice for an upcoming trip to Paris during the last week of Novemeber in regards to buying airplane tickets.

Welcome [USER=2977]@Julio[/USER] – do you mean “buying” with cash (vs. miles)? If so I’d just go to Google Flights and/or Kayak and set a price alert on flights you’re interested in. Let them do the monitoring for you.
