Anonymous GuestMy husband and I just got off a nonstop flight from OGG (Maui) to DFW. I had purchased Premium. Economy seats on this AmericanAirlines flight 5 months ago. Last week, checked status on my seats to make sure we hadn’t had a plane change, all was good. Boarded yesterday, and while my seat numbers were the same, we were in Economy, on a 3 seat configuration.
Why would this happen, even if they changed planes, we still should’ve been given PE seats. Any ideas on how to prevent this from happening again?
