Hello, My friend just took a flight from Phila. to Orlando on Frontier. A surly man in front of her was vaping the whole time ON THE FLIGHT! People complained to the staff but they did not say anything to this man (they were intimidated) and no police were waiting for the man at the end of the flight. How can this happen? Thanks. I can give details of the flight, etc. if you want.

I would have your friend send an email to Frontier with all the pertinent details. Not sure what else you can do but notify the company.

Why didn’t someone video this and throw it up on social media? It would have gone viral. I’m not sure Frontier will do anything after the fact, preferring to just ignore it and not expose themselves and the crew to negative criticism and publicity.
