Hey Lucky- having trouble getting info on booking this flt. roundtrip Mia-Quito; roundtrip Quito-Galapagos; BA is not recognizing Galapagos ??? have tried several times. Should I try individual trips-probably result in more miles needed or multi-city? Still won’t work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much Sally

As you note, the BA website doesn’t have all airports, especially smaller ones. However, if you can see award space on the AA or Qantas or JAL site, BA agents should be able to book this over the phone with you and should waive any call-in fee since it can’t be done online.
