Travel to Asia on points

Travel to Asia on points

Hi! I have a bunch of American express points (1.3million) that I want to use to fly from New York to Thailand (or if that’s not possible Hong Kong) in November, any suggestions of how I could use them to get a business class or first class ticket?

Transfer to Aeroplan or FlyingBlue are great options to get from JFK to BKK.

With Aeroplan, you can book travel on a variety of Star Alliance partners – ANA, Asiana, Lufthansa, Thai, EVA, Turkish and more. First class on Lufthansa is especially good.

FlyingBlue can get you on AirFrance, KLM and other SkyTeam partners.

I would transfer them to Singapore Krisflyer myself and try for Suites class. The last leg to BKK is just a short hop…

I totally forgot about KrisFlyer. That’s a great option as well!!
