Transferring points while abroad

Transferring points while abroad

  1. Anonymous Guest

Hi Tiffany or Ben, have you ever had any difficulty transferring either Chase UR or Amex MR points to airline partners while abroad? I live and work in the US and both my Chase and Amex accounts are US-based. I’ll be in Germany in a couple of weeks and I’m waiting til the last minute for LH F or LX J to open up. I wouldn’t want Chase or Amex to make the transfer process difficult because I’m logging in on my laptop from abroad. Thoughts? Thanks!

Nope, never had any problems, but if you’re concerned you could always use a VPN (a good idea in general, really).
