Swiss award availability – when to book?

Swiss award availability – when to book?

    Hi all,

I want to book an award for March 2017 on LX by using TK miles which expire at the end of the year.
The last weeks there were 2 seats availible almost every day but now avaiability is looking a lot worse. Do you guys have experience if I should book now or wait until more upens up again before December? I’d prefer not having to settle on dates yet.

    Cheers,
    Patrick

Who are you booking with and what is their change date policy?

TK Miles & Smiles. I’m checking availability on the United site.

I’m not familiar with Miles and Smiles but if you reserve something now that generally works and in a few months something becomes available that is a better date option, change to those dates at no charge or a small fee?
