When someone buys a plane ticket with miles instead of money, is there a major difference in:
a) the odds of being bumped from the flight since I bought it with miles
b) any fine print that limits my privileges since I bought it with miles
c) any negative treatment/possibility of the airline not being able to help me if I miss my flight or it is delayed, cancelled, etc.Thanks!
