I was wondering if anyone knows a forum or website where you can check mileage runs that start in Europe? Cause so far I have only found Flyertalk where most of the runs start in the USA.

Probably your best bet but also check Flight Deal and Thrifty Traveler. Mileage runs require some creativity with the current deals available. A lot of runs are based in the US but not too long ago, QR was running a business class sale.
