I’m flying Aviana first class LAX to ICN, connecting to Singapore Airlines business class ICN to SIN, and finally connecting business class on Singapore from SIN to PER. Which are the best first or business class lounges I can access with my ticket as booked. The new United Polaris lounge may open in LAX before my flights. I have a 4 hour stopover at both ICN and SIN during the trip.

Since your lounges access is dependent on your departing flight you will have F lounge access in LAX, and J lounge access in ICN and SIN.

Asiana which I assume your are flying LAX to ICN does not any special rules for their passengers in ICN, so it’s based on your departing flight

In LAX you will have access to the Star Alliance F lounge.
