Anonymous GuestHi Ben! Just want to ask you about lounges. I noticed that the Cathay Pacific lounge invitation says that “you’re invited to The Wing/Pier/G16”. Does that the mean that I can go to all of the lounges or I will just have to choose one? And last thing.. If I got my ticket from my miles, do I still have the chance for upgrade? Is it ok to ask the checkin crew if I can be upgraded even if I just redeemed my ticket? Thanks!

@Feng — Yep, you can go to any of the lounges!
If you want an upgraded ticket, it’s best to use miles for the higher cabin of service. You typically can’t use cash to upgrade an award ticket.
