What is the best way to use UR points to travel from LAX-JFK in first/business

Danny, you’d have to define “best”. LAX-JFK is a premium route with DL, UA,and AA offering solid premium products. My understanding is that availability tends to be limited so you’ll have to search for your dates.
United is the only direct transfer partner for UR of the three actually flying the route although you can also transfer to SQ and use that to book UA saver space. For DL, you’d have to use Korean and BA Avios for AA.
