Is it better to get cash refund or cash points on cancelled flights

Is it better to get cash refund or cash points on cancelled flights

My return flight was cancelled and is it equal money to get cash refund or cash points if I don’t rebook flight ?

Marcia, I’m not sure I understand your question – what do you mean by cash points?

Typically you should get a refund in the same method which you paid (cash or loyalty points). A voucher, which some airlines are doing these days, is essentially cash that you can only use on a future flight.
